From the founder...
In late 2015 I began interceding in situations where street people were having struggles in public. While these situations bordered on the egregious, there are similar scenes working themselves out in more subtle ways, blanketing the American retail landscape every day. It is unfortunate that employees, often young and inexperienced and being paid minimum wage, must regularly handle difficult people, but it is giving us an opportunity. An opportunity to impact the newest members of our workforce in the hopes of changing the way the workplace operates.

This seminar has a two-fold approach. Improve the resiliency of the front-line staff while giving them insights into the people with whom they must interact. Of all the 4Sight seminars, this one touches on the Model the least and instead focuses on the mindset of the person instigating a conflict. Particicpants will not only learn valuable skills to handle the most challending of scenarios, but they'll also learn an approach that helps them change the way they look at the world.
