Seminar: The 4Sight Process, Internal Focus

Recommended prerequisites:
Introduction to the 4Sight Model of Behavior

Goal: learn how to use the 4Sight Process for self-improvement.

Covers:

Thought patterns in the brain adhere to Newton's laws of motion. Most importantly, the first or "the law of inertia".
Every object persists in its state of rest or uniform motion unless it is compelled to change that state by forces impressed upon it.
In other words, behavior can change, but you have to be compelled to do so. The 4Sight Process is the method you'll use to integrate the 4Sight Model into your life to effect positive change. We'll discuss the 4-step process where you'll learn that being successful is more important than being right.

1. Accountability - commit to changing your behavioring and opening yourself up to others.

2. Mindfulness - learn how to not respond / react when triggered so that you can understand what's going on inside your head.

3. Act - engage in constructive behavior (what you say and do) and avoid destructive patterns (so, also "don't say or do").

4. Journal - record what happens so that you can begin to undo the momentum from years of undesirable thought processes.
