That includes the following individual rights:
1. Freedom to speak: the option to give input and have an opinion on any matter.
2. Freedom to challenge: the ability to question anyone else's input or opinion.
3. The need to be civil: the requirement to meet decorum. Whether making or responding to a challenge, the 5 D’s must be avoided and disallowed at all costs.
4. The ability to complain: the vehicle to ensure the rules above are enforced and that people who engage in abusive behavior are held accountable.
